Josh leads Tekton’s efforts to develop and coordinate pilgrimages for Catholic parishes, high schools, and Newman Centers. He also oversees all outreach for new non-profit and website clients. He received a Bachelors of Arts Degree in Classical Greek from Baylor University and a Masters in Theology from Notre Dame University. He resides with his wife and son in Indianapolis, Indiana.

Stephanie is responsible for developing marketing and communication strategies. She spends her time in social media, electronic and print media, and building local and national press relationships. She strives to raise mission awareness, drive constituent engagement, and build benefactor and client relations for both Tekton and its clients. Stephanie graduated with honors from Indiana University. She lives in Indianapolis, Indiana with her husband and five children, and is the author of the award-winning Catholic novel, A Single Bead.

Lex spearheads Tekton’s website and media development. His role includes client website support, video and graphic design, and social media management. Lex is a graduate of Franciscan University where he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Television and Radio Communication. He, his wife, and daughter currently reside in Greenfield, Indiana.

Bri is a skilled graphic designer who handles Tekton’s branding and creates all of our pilgrimage brochures. In addition, she is responsible for our day-to-day social media posting and designs the inspiring graphics you’ll find on our social sites. A woman of many talents, she works with donors for our non–profit clientele. Bri holds a BFA in Visual Communication and Design from the Herron School of Art and Design. She lives in Indianapolis, where she enjoys hammocking on the canal, jamming on the ukulele, and terrorizing her roommate’s cat.

Barbara is the first point of contact at our office. As office manager, she works extensively with pilgrims and client donors addressing and responding to a variety of needs. Barbara also handles administrative duties such as customer correspondence and pilgrimage logistics. Barbara received her Business and Marketing Degree from University of Indianapolis. She lives in Indianapolis, Indiana.

Andrea deals in the day-to-day processes of the Tekton office. She works in managing pilgrim and client relations and assists the Communication and Media teams. She obtained a psychology degree from California State University, Long Beach. She lives in Westfield, Indiana.

Sheila joined the Tekton Ministries team to assist and manage the accounting and finances. She has a bachelors degree in accounting and lives in Noblesville, Indiana.

Ken is responsible for graphic design, typesetting and printing of newsletters, appeals and any printing projects for our clients. He works as the liaison between Tekton and local printers and mailhouse personnel.  Ken has spent over 45 years in the print and production industry. He graduated from Purdue University with an Industrial Engineering degree and a Masters degree from the University of Indianapolis. He and his wife happily live in Indianapolis, Indiana.

Michael serves as the New Evangelization Intern for Tekton Ministries. From creating Pilgrimage packets; to transcribing audio for our media team; to answering the phones, he wears many hats around the office. Michael has an Associates Degree from Legions of Christ College of Humanities. As he prepares to further his education in the fall, he is getting some practical experience and is helping to grow the Tekton ministry team. Michael lives with his family in Westfield, Indiana.
